Enquiry forms collect only what you type: name, email, optional phone, and a short message. That is not a clinical record. Do not send session notes, diagnoses, or another person’s story without their consent.

Journal posts are public. Booking, if a calendar is embedded, is handled by that provider’s privacy policy.
